    The Hotel Staff outfit is worn by main hotel employees and is one of the better Disguises.

    It allows access to most areas of the Hotel, including Hotel rooms, but not the Security Room, Meadow Brown Lounge, Guard Room, Reception Roof, or the Emperor's Suite.

Enforcers: There are nineteen Hotel Staff Enforcers (NPCs who are more alert to disguises) located as follows:

  • Six in the Cellar.
  • One in the Director's Office on the Ground Floor.
  • One in the Restaurant.
  • One in the Kitchen.
  • One in the (East) Staff Room.
  • Mrs. Mookjai.
  • Two in Room 102 on the 1st Floor.
  • One in Room 202 on the 2nd Floor.
  • Four on the Bottom Floor of the Emperor's Suite.
  • One on the Top Floor of the Emperor's Suite.

Cult Bodyguard:

  • These individuals protect the cult and its members and wear a red suit jacket with white pants.
  • This Disguise allows access everywhere within the Exhibition Hall and Garden areas.
  • The best way to acquire this Disguise is to approach as a Cult Initiate, enter the Master Bathroom, and use the Phone or toss an object nearby to lure a nearby Bodyguard into the bathroom so you can subdue him.
  • There are four Cult Bodyguard Enforcers: one in the South Staff Room, one patrolling the Exhibition Hall, one at the northwest corner of the Garden, and one of Oybek's Bodyguards.

Militia Soldier:

  • This is the green camouflage clothing worn by the cult Militia.
  • The Militia can be found in the Restricted Area and the Lounges on the 1st Floor.
  • This Disguise, though considered a Guard (an NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) type that is more suspicious of certain disguises), has the same properties as the Suit (a basic outfit), with the exception that you can be in the Restricted Area without issues.
  • To acquire this Disguise, go to the North Loading Area. Crouch behind the stack of wine crates near a Militia Soldier and toss an object into the corner east of him to lure him there, allowing you to subdue him for his clothes.
  • There are four Militia Soldier Enforcers, found in the Lounges on the 1st Floor.
Tips
  • The Hotel Staff Disguise allows access to the Reception Bar.
  • Other locations where staff are found include the Manager's Office, the two Waiters for both the Apollo and Meadow Brown Lounges on the 1st Floor, the Hotel Staff person inside the bedroom for Room 102 on the 1st Floor, two at the North Staff Room area at the Exhibition Hall, one in the Hall Kitchen, and one in the Exhibition Hall itself.
