Learn about the Patient, VIP Patient, Resort Staff, Handyman, Chef, and Yoga Instructor disguises in Hitman World of Assassination.

Patient Disguise

This disguise grants access to the Restaurant, Springs, and Garden areas, but the Staff and Hospital Floors are off-limits. The best way to obtain this disguise is to ambush the lone person who enters and exits the Foyer Restrooms. This disguise has no Enforcers.

VIP Patient (Amos Dexter) Disguise

Amos Dexter, a VIP patient, wears a purple robe and a cowboy hat. This robe only allows access to areas available to normal civilians: the Foyer, Restaurant, and Garden. The Staff and Hospital Floors remain off-limits. To get this disguise, wait for Dexter to return to his room, follow him inside, and ambush him. This disguise has no Enforcers.

Resort Staff Disguise

This outfit, consisting of a dark red robe and black pants, grants access to most of the Staff Floor, excluding the Kitchen and the area behind the Sushi Bar. Hospital areas, Medical Staff Sleeping Quarters, and Patient Rooms are also off-limits. To obtain this disguise, go to the Showers, eliminate the Helicopter Pilot, and lure the staff member in the Sleeping Quarters to the restroom by tossing an object at the restroom door. Subdue him and take his clothes. There are five Enforcers for this disguise: one patrolling Guard in the Clearing, one in the Loading Bay on the Staff Floor, one in the Laundry Room, one in the Restaurant, and one in the Springs.

Handyman Disguise

Handymen wear a dark green jacket, a light long-sleeved shirt, black pants, and a large pointed hat. This disguise offers the same access and restrictions as most staff outfits. To acquire it, go to the Showers and lure a Handyman into the room similarly to how you lure the Resort Staff. There are seven Enforcers: both patrolling Guards and a Handyman in the Clearing, one by the Laundry Room on the Staff Floor, one in the Garage, and both Chefs in the Kitchen.

Chef Disguise

Chefs work in the Kitchen, Bar, and Sushi Bar, wearing dark shirts, dark pants, a gray apron, and a white headband. They are not allowed in the Morgue, Hospital areas, Patient Rooms, or the Foyer Security Room. To get this disguise, enter the Kitchen Freezer with a throwable object. Keep the door open and toss the object into a corner to lure a Chef. Subdue him, dump him in a container, and take his disguise. There are three Enforcers: one at the Loading Bay on the Staff Floor, one of the patrolling Guards in the Clearing, and one Chef in the Kitchen.

Yoga Instructor Disguise

This individual can be found meditating at a platform in the Springs, wearing a dark sleeveless top and going barefoot. This outfit has the same access and restrictions as the Resort Staff outfit. The Yoga Instructor stays at the Springs platform for a long time before moving to the Canteen and Restaurant areas, then returning. The Springs is the best place to acquire this disguise.
