Lethal Poison Pill Glass (or Jar): Available in Paris, Marrakesh (including House Built on Sand Bonus Mission), Bangkok (including The Source (Patient Zero)), Colorado, New Zealand, Miami, Santa Fortuna, Mumbai, Whittleton Creek (Lethal Pills), and Haven Island. This is a bottle full of cyanide pills.

Modern Lethal Syringe / Modern Lethal Syringe Mk II: Available in Colorado, Hokkaido (Patient Zero), Miami, Sapienza Mastery Level 2. The Antique version is available in Bangkok upon completion of the [Redrum] Challenge (Himmapan Horror Challenge Pack). The Mk II version is available in Isle of Sgail Master Level 5. This is a one-dose syringe filled with lethal poison that kills quickly upon injection.

Lethal Poison Vial: Available in Marrakesh and Paris Mastery Level 15. This is a lethal one-dose poison that kills instantly upon ingestion and can be taken on any mission.

Fugu Fish: Available in Hokkaido (includes Patient Zero). This specially prepared puffer fish contains tetrodotoxin, a neurotoxin that kills by paralyzing muscles. The liver is the most poisonous part.

Botulinum Toxin: Available in Hokkaido (includes Patient Zero). This specialized toxin used for cosmetic surgery will kill quickly when ingested in sufficient quantities.

Poisonous Flower (Lethal): Available in Santa Fortuna. When used with food, this flower kills upon ingestion.

Lethal Poisonous Frog: Available in Santa Fortuna, Whittleton Creek, and Haven Island. This small animal secretes a poisonous fluid used by jungle hunters, which can be used on food and drink.

Hiding Bodies: After incapacitating an NPC (non-player character), hide their body in large bin-like Containers or vertical Closets, which can hold up to two bodies (including yourself). You can also hide bodies by dumping them over a railing, through a window, or over a cliff.
