This section details how to acquire two key disguises in Hitman World of Assassination: the Helicopter Pilot and the Surgeon. Understanding their access and how to obtain them is crucial for completing various missions.

Helicopter Pilot Disguise

The Helicopter Pilot wears a red jumpsuit and red hat, found exclusively at the Helipad. This disguise grants significant access to the Staff and Hospital Floors, including the Morgue. While it bypasses frisking at guarded entrances, it's advisable to use unguarded doorways. Inside the Hospital, access is restricted from the Operating Theater, Surgery Life Support, Defibrillator Power, KAI Mainframe, Stem Cell Supply, and the Director's Office. Outside the Hospital, you cannot enter the Security Room, Patient Rooms, behind the Sushi Bar, or the Kitchen.

Acquisition: The safest method is to incapacitate and hide the Guard in the Helipad Guard Room. Then, wait outside for the Pilot, follow him inside, and subdue him for his disguise.

Enforcers:

• Casual Difficulty: A Morgue Doctor (Morgue), one in Intensive Care Supervision (Hospital), one in the Research Department (Top Floor), one in the Physical Research Center, and one in the hallway.
• Professional Difficulty: Adds five Enforcers: two of the remaining Morgue Doctors (Morgue), one patrolling the Hospital hallway, one in the Physical Research Center (Top Floor), and one in an Observation Room.
• Master Difficulty: Adds one additional Enforcer at the Cable Car. You may need to deal with an extra patrolling Guard near the Helipad Guard Room first.

Surgeon Disguise

Surgeons wear blue hospital clothing and have access to most areas within the Hospital, excluding the KAI Mainframe and the Director's Office. Outside the Hospital, they are restricted from the Kitchen, behind the Sushi Bar, and Patient Rooms.

Acquisition Method 1 (General):

1. Disguise yourself as a Bodyguard and equip at least one Pistol.
2. Enter the Rehabilitation Supervisor's office from the west due to Enforcers.
3. Drop a Pistol just inside the office and exit through the outside door to the Mountain Path.
4. The Enforcer will pick up the Pistol and move it to the Weapons Box in the Waiting Area.
5. Enter the office, drop a Phone in the west corner near the door, and hide behind the examination table.
6. Activate the Phone to lure the Surgeon into the corner. Subdue him, hide his body in the nearby Closet, and take his disguise.

Acquisition Method 2 (As Jason Portman):

1. Wait until the Surgeon removes bandages at the desk.
2. Subdue him, dump his body in the Closet, and take his disguise.

Acquisition Method 3 (Using Chief Surgeon Disguise):

1. Disguise yourself as the Chief Surgeon and bring a throwable object.
2. Enter Robot Surgery Controls.
3. Wait for the Enforcer to be at the east or north corner of the Robot Control room.
4. Open the door, throw the object at the east wall, and take cover to the left of the door to lure him.
5. Quickly subdue him, then subdue the Enforcer behind him.
6. Hide both bodies at the base of the stairs within the Robot Surgery Control room.
