Talk to the Butler before entering the building to be taken upstairs to the Master Bedroom.

Complete the 'Take A Deep Breath' Mission Story in the Master Bedroom.

Knock out the Butler, hide him in the Closet, and use his disguise to complete the 'Chameleon' Challenge.

Equip the Stethoscope. When Tyson enters the Bedroom, use the Stethoscope to garrote him.

After eliminating Tyson, proceed to the Beach and use the Plane to exit the mission.

Escalation Contracts - Haven Island:

It is recommended to reach Haven Island Mastery Level 20 before attempting these. Each Escalation awards 4,000 XP and its associated Challenge.

A. The Bartholomew Hornswoggle

Level One Objectives:

Retrieve a Map piece from the Sea.
Retrieve a Map piece from the Captain.
Retrieve a Map piece from the Guard room.
Dig up the Pirate Booty.

Level One Strategy:

Loadout: Bring the Kalmer 1, Lockpick, and place the Krugermeier in the Private Island Hidden Stash. Start at the Gym.
Map Piece 1: Exit the cutscene, turn left, and descend to the Sec Break Room. Use the Lockpick on the door and retrieve the first Map Piece.
Map Piece 2: Enter the Med Clinic, then the Laundry Room to acquire an Iron. Switch to and holster the Kalmer 1. Proceed through the Welcome Center to the Southwest Beach.
Near the Cocktail Bar foliage, use the Kalmer 1 on the Boat Captain on the balcony. Ensure a clear shot from the south corner, aiming north at his side.
After he is incapacitated, holster the weapon and retrieve the Map Piece he drops.
Map Piece 3: Return to the Beach and head to the foliage east of the Villa's main entrance. Go to the scaffold and toss the Iron near the wall to lure a Guard. Knock him out and take his Disguise.
Enter the Villa, proceed to the Security Room, grab the Hackl 9S Covert, and locate the last Map Piece. Shoot the Bottle to retrieve it.
Pirate Booty: Go to the Private Island area. Grab the Water Scooter Keys from under the Bar and the Shovel from near the tree. Dig up the Booty (opening the Chest is not required).
Exit the mission using the nearby Water Scooter.
