Level One: Eliminate Ananias Ayala Centeno with any method while wearing any Disguise. Start at the Hostel with the Modern Lethal Syringe. Stab Ananias in his house near the Stove and exit via the window to the Village Bus Stop.

Level Two: Eliminate Ananias Ayala Centeno with an explosion and Liberto Velasquez Linares with any method, both while wearing any Disguise. Start at the Village Bus Stop with the Krugermeier and ICA Remote Micro Audio Distraction Device. Lure a Guard out of Ananias' house using the Device and a Wrench. Knock out Ananias near the Stove, sabotage it, and detonate it with your Pistol. Then, shoot a Gas Canister near Liberto to eliminate him. Exit via the Village Bus Stop.

Level Three: Eliminate Enrique Rosas Garay with an explosion while wearing any Disguise, and Dalmazio Coronado Banuelos with El Matador within 80 seconds of picking it up. Enrique is in Rico's Office. Obtain the Safe Combination, open the Safe for the Letterbomb Parcel, and get the Car Battery from the Wine Cellar to kill Javier. Knock out Dalmazio, obtain his Safe Combination. Lure Enrique into the bathroom in Rico's Office by turning on the Sink. Knock him out, drop the Parcel on him, grab El Matador, and kill Dalmazio. Detonate the Parcel as you reach the Helicopter to kill Enrique.

Tips

In Level Three, if Rico enters the Office while luring Enrique, stun Rico after knocking out Enrique and leave him in his chair before opening the Safe.
Ensure you have the necessary items like the Modern Lethal Syringe, Krugermeier, ICA Remote Micro Audio Distraction Device, and Wrench as specified for each level.
