    Acquire the Military Soldier Disguise from the Courtyard Storeroom to access most areas within the Market Square and the Consulate Ground Floor.

Keys:

To achieve this, kill both Claus and Reza with the APC Turret located at the Entrance of the School. You must also get Claus to this location. This method will also result in multiple Non-Target kills.

Mission Story Timing: There is a time limit to start the [Down The Rabbit Hole] Mission Story. A Guard at the Shoe Shop will go to the Consulate Parking Garage. You can make him go sooner, but if you wait too long and he goes on his own, the Story is lost. Starting it sooner and passing a specific point makes the rest of the mission safe to take your time on.
