This section details the locations of Enforcers and Security Cameras on Professional and Master difficulties in Hitman World of Assassination.

Enforcers:

On Professional difficulty, there are five additional Enforcers: one in the Kitchen, one in the Restaurant, two of the remaining three Morgue Doctors at the Morgue, and one in the hallway at the Hospital's Top Floor. On Master difficulty, there are two additional Enforcers: one by the Cable Car and the Helicopter Pilot at the Helipad.

A recommended method to acquire the Morgue Doctor disguise on higher difficulties is to place a Pistol on the floor just inside the Morgue (from the top of the stairs from the Staff Area). This will attract a patrolling Morgue Guard, who will take it to a Weapons Box at the bottom of the stairs, allowing for a safe ambush.

Security Cameras (Professional and Master):

Professional Difficulty:

There are a total of nine Cameras inside and outside the facility. On the Staff Floor, there are five: one above the staff entrance at the west side of the Garden, one on the wall just north of the Loading Bay entrance, two on the wall of the long hallway between the Garage and Canteen, and one on the northwest wall of the Canteen.

At the Hospital, there are four: one above the Hospital entrance at the east side of the Garden, one just outside and above the Helipad door, and one outside each door to the Secondary Control Room for KAI.

There are two Recorders located in two Security Rooms: the first is at the east side of the Foyer, and the second is at the south end of Mortuary Coolers on the Morgue floor. The Morgue Security Room is easier to deal with due to only one Bodyguard, who can be subdued and hidden. Alternatively, the Recorder can be shot from the door leading down to the Staff Floor.

Master Difficulty:

There are ten additional Cameras. In the Morgue area, there are seven: one at the top of the stairwell by Stem Cell Controls, one in the Incinerator room above the door to Stem Cell Supply, one inside Mortuary Coolers near Organ Storage, and four in the East and West Stairs (two in each, one at the top and one at the bottom).

Additionally, there is a Camera outside the Loading Bay, outside the East Stairs exterior door at the Clearing, and outside the Research Department exterior door at the Top Floor of the Hospital.

Destroying the Recorder in the Morgue Security Room requires more effort due to additional Cameras and Guards. An easy method is to shoot the Recorder through the window from the top of the stairs leading from the Staff Floor to the Morgue. Hide behind the wall to your left and use Instinct to locate the Recorder. Shoot it when the patrolling Guard is not nearby.

Alternatively, the Recorder in the Foyer Security Room can be destroyed. Enter the Weapons Room and wait for the patrolling Guard to stop inside. Close the door, subdue him, and hide him in the Closet. Exit, drop a Pistol on the floor, and re-enter the Weapons Room. One of the remaining two Guards will pick up the Pistol and go inside to store it. Subdue this Guard and hide him in the Closet.
