This section details the challenges for Part 281 of Hitman World of Assassination, covering legacy differences, master difficulty changes, and exploration tips.
Legacy Differences
The main differences between the Season One and Legacy versions of this mission are:
- A single standing Bodyguard in the Morgue Security Room.
- A Surgeon replaces the Doctor in the Rehabilitation Supervisor office on the Top Floor of the Hospital.
Master Difficulty Differences
Master difficulty introduces several changes:
- Three additional Guards and two more Cameras in the Morgue area.
- More Cameras in the stairwells.
- Several more Guards outside the Hospital, including four in the Clearing and Mountain Path areas.
- More Guards patrolling the Staff and general patient areas.
Safe Exploration
To explore the map safely without resorting to rampaging, acquire the necessary disguises:
- From your Room, take the Scissors from the Bathroom and go to the Foyer Restroom. Subdue and hide the Patient there.
- Use the Scissors to lure the Hospital Director to you, subdue him, and take his Disguise.
- Go to the Helipad Guard Room, stun the sleeping Guard, hide him, and wait for the Pilot. Subdue the Pilot, hide him, and take his Disguise.
- Go to the Helipad and talk to the Chief Surgeon. Lure him to the Pill Stash, subdue him, and take his Disguise.
Pipes for Navigation
Two useful Pipes allow for quick travel between floors:
- The Garden Pipe: Located at the west corner of the Garden near a Gasoline Drum. A break in the railing by the Restaurant leads to this Pipe, which descends to the Medical Staff Sleeping Quarters.
- The Helipad Pipe: Situated on the walkway to the Helipad, near the Clinic doors. A small path alongside the waterfall leads to a Restroom stall window. The Pipe in the corner before the window ascends to the Top Floor and Research Department.
Keys and Keycards
While most access is controlled by RFID chips, a Disposable Scrambler can bypass this. Two Keycards are also useful:
- Nondescript Keycard: Found on the desk in the Director's Office. It unlocks a cooler at the north end of the Mortuary Coolers.
- RFID Master Chip: Obtained from Mr. Smith after rescuing him from the cooler unlocked by the Nondescript Keycard. This special Keycard grants access to any room, regardless of disguise.
