Part 267 is a mission in Hitman World of Assassination that takes Agent 47 back to the GAMA Hospital in Hokkaido. The primary targets are Yuki Yamazaki, a high-end lawyer, and Erich Soders, the former ICA Training Director and current board member. This mission serves as a sequel to 'Patient Zero'.

During a previous mission in Colorado, 47 uncovered information about a secret organization called Providence, which manipulates global governments and corporations. Some of 47's past targets were part of Providence. The Shadow Client, who has been tracking 47 for decades, is attacking Providence using the ICA. Evidence suggests Soders is an agent for Providence, which angers Diana. Soders is at the GAMA Hospital for a heart transplant due to Situs Inversus, a condition where his organs are reversed, requiring a right-sided transplant. Providence is facilitating this, and Soders plans to hand over ICA agent information after the operation. The ICA Board has tasked 47 with eliminating both Soders and Yuki, who is overseeing the operation and ensuring the information transfer.

The GAMA Hospital is a high-tech facility run by a supercomputer named KAI. Due to high security, players cannot bring weapons and equipment into the facility, but items can be smuggled in. Dressing as a patient allows for freer movement throughout most of the facility. Access and door operation are dependent on disguises, as uniforms and robes have RFID chips. Knowing which disguises to wear is crucial for easier navigation.
