Surgeon Disguise: Enter the Physical Research Center and position yourself near the office door. Wait for the Surgeon to leave the office. Open the door, stand behind the water cooler, and toss an object into the room to lure the patrolling Bodyguard inside. Quickly knock out the Bodyguard with an object and drag him to the south corner of the room to hide him. Enter the office. When the Surgeon re-enters and is in the corner, knock him out with an object. This should push him further into the corner, hiding him better. Take his clothes.

Hospital Director Disguise: Go into the Secondary Control Room. Open the door by the standing Guard and toss an object near the Mainframe door to lure him inside. Subdue him and drag his body to the west corner of the room, as close as possible to the north corner. When the patrolling female Doctor enters the Observation Room, open the east door and toss an object at the wall for the Mainframe to lure her inside. Subdue her and drag her to the Bodyguard. Look for the patrolling Bodyguard in the hallway. When safe, enter the Observation Room and toss an object at the door to the Control Room to lure the standing female Doctor. Loop around the seating, subdue her, and drag her into the Control Room to hide her. When the patrolling Bodyguard returns, open the door and toss an object behind the seating to lure him. Subdue him, pick up his Rifle, dump him in the Control Room, and drop the Rifle. Go to the south door of the Observation Room, open it, and toss an object behind the seating to lure in the Bodyguard. Loop around the seating, subdue him, pick up his weapon, and drag him to the Control Room. Use the same luring technique for the Doctor, but you can leave her body behind the seating. When the Director is standing at the window, use the Scrambler to enter his office, subdue him, and take his clothing.

Surgeons can access most areas of the Hospital except the Ground Floor, KAI Mainframe, and Director's Office. Outside, they cannot enter the Kitchen, behind the Sushi Bar, or Patient Rooms.
