Walkthrough

    Turn up the current to lethal levels on the console to kill Soders, waiting for KAI to say "ready" before overcharging.

    Go to the Morgue Security Room, subdue the lone Bodyguard, and hide him in the Closet to acquire his Disguise.

    Go to the Loading Bay to acquire the Emetic Rat Poison.

    Go to Yuki's Room and poison her Bottle on the desk when she is away.

    Enter the bathroom, hide behind the wall, and wait for Yuki.

    When Yuki is close to her room, make a game save.

    When she walks into her room, she will drink from the Bottle and get sick. When she goes to the Toilet, get behind her and garrote her. After the notifications pop up, reload the save.

Silent Assassin, Suit Only (Master Difficulty):

  1. Loadout: Krugermeier, Disposable Scrambler, Coins. Start in your Room.
  2. Run to the Garden and grab the Garden Pipe. Climb down and go through the window into the Medical Staff Sleeping Quarters.
  3. Get the Neurochip Remote and go to the Morgue door.
  4. Inside the Morgue, there are two patrolling Bodyguards, one in the Security Room, and two in Organ Storage. There are also two Cameras.
  5. Use the weapon dropping technique to eliminate guards. Sneak inside, use Instinct to find the Recorder in the Security Room, and shoot it with the Krugermeier.
  6. Go back downstairs and wait for things to calm down.
  7. Place the Pistol on the floor just outside the door near the gurney on the left, then run back down and outside the stairwell.
  8. A patrolling Guard will find the weapon. Subdue him and drag him to the Closet outside the stairwell.
  9. Go back up, place the weapon in the same spot, and toss a Coin at the wall you hid behind when you shot the Recorder.
  10. When the Doctor sees the weapon, he will get another patrolling Guard to take the Pistol. Subdue him at the Box, take the Pistols, and drag him to the Closet.
  11. Repeat the process to get rid of the other Guard in the Security Room.
  12. Sneak into the Incinerator Room and then into Mortuary Coolers. Use a Scrambler to talk to Mr. Smith to get the RFID Master Chip.
  13. Get close enough to Doctor Ito and use the Remote to trip him out.
  14. Go back into the Incinerator Room, hide by the Incinerators, and wait for Doctor Ito to walk into Organ Storage and the Guards to leave.
  15. Walk inside, subdue the Doctor, hide him in the Closet, and destroy the Heart.
  16. Sneak back through the Morgue and downstairs into the Staff Area.
  17. Use the Master Chip to re-enter the Medical Staff Sleeping Quarters and go out the window again.
  18. Climb the Pipe back up, watching for the patrolling Guard. Climb up and back into the Garden.
  19. Head to the Sauna. Follow the patrolling Guard into the Maintenance Room, subdue him, and dump him in the Container. Turn up the Sauna.
