Walkthrough

    Start at the Garage. Go east into the small room, picking up a Wrench. Place the ICA Explosive Phone on the floor by the exterior door and activate it. Take cover left of the interior door to lure the Technician.

    When the Technician enters, close the door, subdue him, and pick up the Phone. Leave the body.

    Go outside to the pallet stack near the door. Place the Phone on the southeast corner and activate it when the Technician at the Taco Van approaches the hood. Hide in the Storage Room.

    Enter the Mansion. Go to the War Room to get Rose's Room Key. Tamper with the Grandfather Clock. Go upstairs.

    Enter the Bathroom from the back door. Subdue the patrolling Guard at the north window. Go to the Desk, tamper with the Pencils, grab the Guard's Rifle, and hide him in the Closet. Take the Watch Battery.

    Stay near the window. When the interior Guard goes to the shelving, go inside and subdue him. Grab the Hallucinogenic Drugs, use the Wrench on the Gas Canister, grab the Basement Keys, pick up the dropped Rifle, and hide the Guard in the Closet.

    Go to the Backyard and the round table with Sean's Cigarettes. Wait for the patrolling Guard to leave and Soldiers to do push-ups. Lace the Cigarettes with the Drugs. Wait in the Small Shed.

    As Sean returns and finds his stuff out of order, he will become agitated and head to the Backyard to smoke. The Drugs will kick in, causing him to hallucinate and run to the Basin to wash. Drown him in the Basin. Leave the body and exit through the window.

    Go back into the Mansion and to the Basement. Wait for Ezra to leave before subduing the Guard and hiding his body. Administer Overdose to the Herald.

    Run to the Barracks, up to the rooftop, and climb the Water Tower to get your Rifle. Find the red Gas Canister west of the Field Kitchen. Shoot it once to cause a leak. When Penelope gets near, shoot it again to kill her.

    Wait for Guards to stand down, go to ground level, exit through the west Gate, and go to the Boat Pier to leave the mission.
Tips
  • To trigger Sean's OCD, tamper with the Grandfather Clock, the Pencils on his Desk, and turn off the Faucet in the Bathroom. Doing two is usually enough, but three is safer.
  • Ensure you have the Jaeger 7 in the Water Tower before starting.
