Walkthrough

    Run down to the water and to the small patio on the west side of the Turtle Hut. Climb up, enter the Bathroom, and grab the Fire Extinguisher. Take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) (hiding behind objects to avoid detection) to the left of the door and wait.

    When Jason comes to the Living Room, open the door and toss the Extinguisher near the bathtub to lure him inside. Close the door, subdue him, and dump his body in the Container (a designated receptacle for hiding bodies).

    At this point, Ljudmila should be at the Hut and will shortly enter. Make a game save here for the Down The Hatch challenge.

    Near the Sink is a Hatch. Place a Coin near the west side of the Hatch, then remove the Safety Pin. Go outside onto the patio, hide behind the wall, and wait.

    Ljudmila will interact with Jason's computer and go into the Bathroom. She will see the Coin and go for it. She will then step onto the Hatch, resulting in her falling through it and dying. After the notifications appear, reload the save.

    When you reload, drop back down into the water and run back to the Shark Hut. Go to the Bedroom to pick up the Note on the Bed, then go into the Living Room to find a Phone.

    Use the Phone to call Ljudmila; she will want you to come to the Restaurant area to talk. Run up to the 1st Floor of the Restaurant and to the Kitchen area to find her.

    Go to the main entrance of the Villa but enter through the foliage to the scaffold to acquire the Hammer. Toss it on the wall to the left to lure in a Guard.

    Pick up the Hammer, sneak up on the Guard, knock him out, and take his Disguise (an outfit that allows you to impersonate another role).

    Go inside the Villa's Dining Room to pick up a Banana, then out onto the west side of the Pool Terrace to pick up the Underground Keycard.

    Go down to the Emergency Exit to enter, then go down to the Server Farm's Locker Room. Wait for the female Tech Crew NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) (Non-Player Character) to come in and leave before closing the door.

    Place the Banana on the floor in front of the sitting Guard, then place a Coin to make him get up and trip, knocking himself out.

    Open the west Locker to retrieve the Haven USB Stick, then run back to the main entrance area to re-acquire your Suit.

    Run to the Small Bar to find a Phone. Use it to call Ljudmila, and she will want you to go to the Spa.

    Go to the Spa and talk to the woman at the front desk. She will tell you to wait for Ljudmila in the back.

    When Ljudmila arrives, she will guide you to the massage room. Give her the Haven USB Stick, and she will engage in a conversation.

    When she finishes, she will go down to the Jacuzzi below and call Steven. When he arrives, the Guards will be called off, and both of them will use the Jacuzzi.

    At the same time, the female Masseur will come back into the massage room. Subdue her, then climb over, sneak up to Ljudmila and Steven, and drown them both simultaneously to complete the Synchronized Drowning challenge.

    Re-acquire the Haven USB Stick and the Haven Villa Key, then climb back out and exit the Spa.

    Go back to the Villa's main entrance and re-acquire the Villa Guard Disguise.

    Go back inside and talk to Tyson. Give him the Haven USB Stick. He should lead you down to the Secret Office.

    When he does so, he will promote you to Bodyguard. He will stay awhile in the Office before resuming his pattern.

    Go into the Master Bathroom to find a female Tech Crew person working on the Jacuzzi, which is on the fritz for Tyson. There is also a Guard who patrols between the door and the Terrace railing.

    Stay by the toilet. When the Guard goes to the railing, stun the Tech, then run up and knock out the Guard.

    Pick up his weapon, then dump both bodies in the Closet. Pick up the Screwdriver the Tech dropped and repair the Jacuzzi.

    Bring out the Krugermeier, take cover by the toilet, and wait.

    When Tyson comes by, he will use the Jacuzzi. Shoot the Chandelier above him to bring it down on him, killing him to complete The Tyrant challenge.

    After this, run out to the Beach and then to the Private Island. Grab the Water Scooter Keys from under the Bar and run to the Water Scooter nearby to leave the mission.

  • Bullet Time [2,000 XP]: Kill Tyson by shooting him through the Projector canvas in the Home Theater.
  • Straight Shot [2,000 XP]: Kill a Target with a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill) (a shot to the head, usually lethal).
  • Synchronized Drowning [4,000 XP]: Drown both Ljudmila and Steven at the same time.
  • Lamp Fever [2,000 XP]: Kill Tyson with a Chandelier.
  • Down The Hatch [2,000 XP]: Kill Ljudmila by dropping her through a hatch.
Tips
  • For the Lamp Fever challenge, the Chandelier in the Master Bathroom is the easiest to use, not the one in the Villa Hall.
  • To lure Tyson under the Villa Hall Chandelier, you must first knock him out after clearing the area, drag him under it, and then shoot it down.
  • When completing Synchronized Drowning, ensure you subdue the female Masseur before attempting to drown Ljudmila and Steven.
  • After completing Synchronized Drowning, re-acquire the Haven USB Stick and the Haven Villa Key before exiting the Spa.
  • To get the Villa Guard Disguise, lure a Guard near the scaffold with a thrown Hammer, knock him out, and take his outfit.
  • To get the Haven USB Stick, incapacitate a Guard in the Server Farm's Locker Room by using a Banana and a Coin, then retrieve it from the west Locker.
  • After retrieving the Haven USB Stick, return to the main entrance area to re-acquire your Suit before proceeding.
  • To lure Ljudmila to the Bathroom for the Down The Hatch challenge, place a Coin near the Hatch after she enters the Hut.
  • When Ljudmila calls you to the Restaurant area, proceed to the Kitchen to find her.
  • When Ljudmila asks you to retrieve a USB Drive, go to the main entrance of the Villa and acquire the Hammer from the scaffold.
  • When Ljudmila asks you to go to the Spa, talk to the woman at the front desk and wait for Ljudmila in the back.
  • When Tyson promotes you to Bodyguard, he will stay in the Secret Office for a while before resuming his pattern.
  • In the Master Bathroom, stun the Tech working on the Jacuzzi, then knock out the Guard patrolling the area.
  • Repair the Jacuzzi using the Screwdriver dropped by the Tech.
  • To kill Tyson with the Master Bathroom Jacuzzi Chandelier, wait for him to use the Jacuzzi, then shoot the Chandelier.
