Art Shop and Car Crash Site

• Crowbar — Laying against the east wall within the area.
• Bust — On a table within the Art Shop.
• Flower Bouquet — On the ground by the Crashed Van at the Car Crash Site.

Town Hall Building

The Town Hall Building has a Basement, an Ice Cream Shop on the Ground Floor, the Town Hall on the 1st Floor, a Secondary Office on the 2nd Floor, and the Hippie's Apartment on the 3rd Floor. Access is available via stairs southeast of the main building or stairs up the Town Hall Tower on the northwest and east sides.

The Town Hall floor is divided into the Reception Area, Salvatore Bravuomo's Office, and the Back Office.

Ice Cream Shop

• Town Hall Key — Carried by Kitchen Assistants and the Chef.
• Kitchen Knife — On the center counter in the kitchen.
• Emetic Rat Poison — On the short wall near the window inside the kitchen (Casual and Pro). Carried by the Chef (Master).
• Coin — In the cup by the register. On one of the tables near the southwest corner outside the Shop (x3).

Town Hall Floor

• Bust — On the small dresser at the Reception Area.
• Saber — Above the entranceway at the east side of the Reception Area. Must be shot down.
• Golf Club — Laying against the west wall by the chair within Salvatore's Office.
• Leather Briefcase — On the floor by the desk inside Salvatore's Office.
• Scissors — On the large desk within the Back Office.

Secondary Office

• Fire Extinguisher — By the door.
• Crowbar — On the dividing counter.
• Propane Flask — Located near the Crowbar.
• Fire Axe — On the wall at the southwest corner.

Hippie's Apartment and Town Hall Tower

• Cannabis Joint — On the table by the window inside the Hippie's Apartment.
• Lead Pipe — On the floor at the top of the Town Hall Tower.

Sapienza Ruins

The Sapienza Ruins are a lookout tower at the southwest corner of the Villa Caruso Estate, featuring a Ground Floor and a 1st Floor accessible by inner and outer paths. The 1st Floor leads to the central Tower top. A footpath near the water's edge on the east side leads to the Biolab area. A Speedboat is docked at the west corner of the Ruins.
