Enforcers:

At Casual difficulty, outside of patrolling Guards, there are no Enforcers. At Professional difficulty, there is one additional Enforcer: the Doctor inside the Treatment Area at the Emergency Bay. At Master difficulty, there is one additional Enforcer who is located outside the Emergency Bay.

Food Vendor:

This disguise consists of a white shirt with a red apron, white hat, and khaki pants. It allows you to poison food and drinks without suspicion. Access includes areas like the Podium Tunnel, Park Food Stands, Race Marshal Area, and inside the Emergency Bay (but not the Treatment Area). You can also access back areas around Merchandise Booths and Paddocks (except Kronstadt's) and the 1st Floor of some Paddocks. Inside the Pit Building, it has the same access as the Suit. The easiest way to acquire this disguise is in the Storage Room under the south half of the South Stands.

Food Vendor Enforcers:

At Casual difficulty, outside of patrolling Guards, there is one Enforcer at a Food Stand under the Main Stands. At Professional difficulty, there is one additional Enforcer patrolling the Merchandise Booths area. There are no additional Enforcers at Master difficulty.

You can start disguised as a Vendor at the Food Stands by the Paddocks once you reach Mastery Level 8.

Kitchen Staff:

This outfit consists of a white shirt with a white hat, black apron, and black pants. It is worn by staff inside the Kitchen at the Pit Building's 1st Floor and allows poisoning of food and drinks without suspicion. Access includes parts of the Pit Building's 1st Floor (excluding the north third and Maxwell Rutter's Office, but including the Executive Suite), back areas around Paddocks in the VIP Street area, and the 1st Floor of Thwack and Kowoon Paddocks. You can also access Food Stands and Storage Areas under the Main Stands, back areas around Merchandise Booths, the Race Marshal Area, and the Podium Tunnel.

To acquire this disguise, subdue the Waiter inside the Kitchen, dump him in the container, then subdue the Staff, dump him, and take his clothes.

Kitchen Staff Enforcers:

At Casual difficulty, there are no Enforcers. At Professional difficulty, there are two additional Enforcers: one at the 1st Floor of the Kowoon Paddock, and one patrolling the Merchandise Booths area. There are no additional Enforcers at Master difficulty.

Waiter:

These individuals work the bars and food areas throughout the Race area. The outfit includes a white shirt, burgundy vest, white apron, and black pants.
