Bring the Krugermeier, ICA Explosive Phone, and the Lockpick.

Start the mission and go into the Helipad Guard Room to get the Coin, then up to the Helipad for the Claw Hammer.

Proceed along the Walkway and sneak into the Staff Floor.

Go to the Morgue, drop your Pistol just inside, and toss the Hammer at it to lure the Morgue Doctor.

A Bodyguard will take the weapon to the Weapons Box at the base of the stairs; wait outside the stairs, subdue them when they reach it, and leave the body.

Return to the Morgue, grab the Hammer, and place the Coin near the gurney.

Toss the Hammer at the Coin to lure the Morgue Doctor, then exit and stay to the left of the door.

Once the Morgue Doctor picks up the Coin and walks away, run behind them, subdue them, drag them to the stairwell, and take their Disguise.

Run to the Clearing.

To maximize XP, shoot all Cameras before shooting the Recorder (this will be done after everyone is eliminated).

Get close enough to the two patrolling Guards in the Clearing to become infected, then run through civilian and staff areas to infect as many people as possible before using the Vaccine in Stem Cell Supply.

Obtain the Bodyguard Disguise and go to the Restroom.

Use the Phone to lure Bio Lab personnel for ambushing and hide their bodies in the east stall.

After removing them, take one of their Disguises and go into Intensive Care Supervision.

Knock out Owen's escort when they enter the room.

Enter Intensive Care, get behind Owen, stun him, drag him to Supervision, and then retrieve the Bodyguard Disguise.

Go to the Waiting Area and use the Lockpick to unlock the door to Intensive Care.

Activate the Ice Machine to lure someone and crouch behind the white chair.

When the person turns off the machine, stun them with the Hammer for a Silent Takedown bonus, take any dropped weapon, and drag them to Intensive Care Supervision. If they are not infected, they will become Targets.

For all Bio Lab personnel, switch into and out of their Disguises to remove their clothing, then drag them to Supervision to get infected. If a person has a Disguise you haven't worn, switch into and out of it for the Fresh Disguise bonus to maximize XP.

For the Hospital Director, pick up the Safe Key to get the Key Obtained bonus. After taking his Disguise, go to his Office to retrieve the Key from the desk before re-acquiring the Bodyguard Disguise.

The two patrolling Guards in the Clearing are a pair. Attract one, drop a Pistol in the Waiting Area, and wait outside the East Stairs door. Let the first pass, then bump into the second to delay them. As the first Guard enters the Waiting Area, knock out the second.

Stay outside the Waiting Area until the first Guard puts the Pistol in the Weapons Box and goes to the Machine. Run behind them, stun them when they turn it off, and drag both to Supervision to get infected.

When luring Klaus, stun him but do not kill him yet. Take his Disguise, drag him to Owen, and infect him even though he is already a Target.

Lure down and knock out the two Doctors in the Research Department. Stop luring and drag up the previously subdued Bodyguard and Morgue Doctor, dumping them in Supervision to infect them if not already done.

Clean up amassed bodies by dragging each through the Restroom and dumping them outside. Then drag bodies to the edge of the pond for disposal. This method earns Target Elimination, Accident Kill, Melee Kill, Body Hidden, and Unnoticed Kill bonuses, providing the bulk of XP.

There should be two Bodyguards by the door who cannot see you. Eliminate everyone except Owen.

Once the two Bodyguards are eliminated, shoot the Camera above the door.

When you eliminate the people inside the Garden, start dumping bodies over the railing.
