Orson's Poisoned Whisky: Ensure Orson drinks poisoned whisky. When Alma discovers his body, shoot her in the leg to make her flee to the Panic Room. Follow her to the north side of the Roof and use lethal poison on the Panic Room Ventilation to kill her. Exit via the Beach. This completes the 'Death Of A Statesman' and 'Tasteless, Traceless' challenges.

Alma's Poisoned Tea (Sugar, Honey, Honey): Start in the Office with a Lethal Poison Vial. Obtain the Password Dongle, Lockpick, and Pistols from the Panic Room. Find the Lethal Poison Pill Jar in the Bathroom cabinet. Close all blinds and go to the Kitchen. Poison both the Honey and Sugar jars, as Alma randomly chooses one for her tea. Use the computer to summon Alma and Orson home. Go to the Outdoor Patio, then the Storage Room, and the Garage. Subdue the Guard, hide him, and take his disguise. Proceed to the Beach, hide behind the Truck, and wait. After Alma dies, shoot canisters to distract guards and escape via the Boat. This completes 'The Mastermind', 'Chameleon', and 'Tasteless, Traceless' challenges.

Alma's Poisoned Tea (Single Poison Option): This method utilizes a game save for precision. After obtaining the Pill Jar and before using the computer, save your game. Summon Alma and Orson home. Sneak to the Kitchen and wait for Orson to prepare tea. Observe his actions and poison either the Honey or Sugar when prompted, just before he serves it. Alternatively, use the game save: summon them home, sneak to the Kitchen, listen to Alma's choice (which is fixed per playthrough), reload the save, poison her chosen ingredient, and then proceed to leave the mission.

Hold My Hair & Piano Man: Start with Fiber Wire in the Office. Obtain the Password Dongle, Pistols, and Lockpick from the Panic Room. Find two Emetic Rat Poisons. Poison both Honey and Sugar. Summon Alma and Orson home. When Alma gets sick and goes to the Lower Bathroom, sneak to the Laundry Room. Listen to their conversation. Just before she drinks her tea, save your game in the Study. When she gets sick and goes to throw up, drown her. Reload the save. Garrote her by the toilet, hide her body in the Study Closet. Subdue her Bodyguard, hide him, and take his disguise (note: his disguise cannot be taken). Go to the Garage, subdue the Guard, hide him, and take his disguise. Exit via the Beach. This completes 'The Mastermind', 'Chameleon', and 'Tasteless, Traceless' challenges.
