    Toss a Wrench on the floor just outside the interior door, then take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) to the left of the interior door.

    Subdue the Technician when he walks inside after seeing the Coin, pick up the Coin and Wrench.

    Open the Faucet with the Wrench after Sean passes Demolitions Control.

    After Ezra goes down to the Basement and comes up to stand by the Mower to smoke, drop your Rifle in front of the Guard and walk inside.

    When the Guard drops off the weapon, Ezra will blow himself up.

    Go back upstairs, go on the balcony overlooking the Mower, and wait for Penelope.

    As Penelope enters the Mansion, aim at the chain to the Chandelier above the Grandfather Clock with your Pistol.

    When she stops underneath the Clock, shoot the chain to drop the Chandelier on her.

    Leave the Mansion and go to the Southwest Small Shed in the South Orchard to get the Quad Bike Keys.
