Acquire Emetic Rat Poison from the 1st Floor.

Go outside and take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) to the right of the door until Wazir is identified.

Run back to the Beach House but stay nearby.

After the meeting, follow Wazir back to the Beach House and knock him out with the Can of Sauce, then drag him upstairs.

Go back to the Hideout and find The Maelstrom's Manifesto in the Storage Room. Acquiring all five gives another Challenge.

Find another Manifesto on the 1st Floor of the Red House inside the Crows' Back Alley.

Go around to all remaining Crows' occupied areas to put them on the map.

Go to the Southern Sewers in Slum Alley, enter it, and go to the west end to find another Fish.

Stand near the bottom of the stairs leading into the Crows' Nest and listen to The Maelstrom's message.

Sneak up behind the Enforcing Guard on the balcony and knock him out to prevent issues later. You can stun the sitting Guard if desired.

Go to the bottom of the stairs and acquire the Beak Staff.

Go to the south corner of the Train Yard building, enter the large green shipping container to bypass guards, and place the Staff inside.

Go to the Metal Forge in the Junkyard and throw all three Fish into the unoccupied Metal Furnace.

Go to the Crows' Nest in the Textile District to find another Manifesto and Emetic Rat Poison.

Go to the Bakery at the Chawls to find another Emetic Rat Poison (total of four).

Go to the Shoe Shop and Large Nook at the Shopping District to find the remaining two Manifestos.

While at the large nook, acquire the Queen's Guard Disguise.

Return to the south corner of the Train Yard building, go past the Guards, and then northwest to the back door.

Knock out the woman at the back door and dump her in the Container northwest of you.

Go through the nearby green shipping container, then through the open window to the Security Room.

Sneak inside, knock out the Guard, dump him in the Closet, and take his Disguise and weapon.

Exit through the other door and enter the Bathing Pool area.

Carefully go out into the main Yard area, out the back door, and re-acquire the Beak Staff.

Go back through the window to the Security Room, through the Room again, and drop the Staff in the foliage behind the Bathing Pool.

Go back into the main Yard area and to Vanya's Carriage to read her Diary.

Go to the Generator in the Civilian area east of the Guest Car and turn it off to lure out a Servant.

Knock out the Servant, drag him east into the foliage, and switch into and out of his Disguise.

Go onto the Rooftop to find the Water Tanks. When patrolling Guards are away, drop a weapon by the standing Guard to make him leave to the Security Room. Turn on the Water Tanks.

Explore the remaining Train Yard, Train Tracks, Eastern and Northern Sewers, and Mumbai Laundry to put them on the map.

Go into the Ground Floor of the Foreman's Office. Turn off the Radio to lure down the Laundry Worker upstairs. Hide behind items in the center, knock him out when he turns it off, dump him in the Container, and take his Disguise.

Turn on the Radio again to lure down the Foreman. Ambush him, take his Disguise, and put on the Queen's Bodyguard Disguise.

Go up to the Yellow Skywalk, then south to find stairs going down to the Laundry. After the first set of stairs, turn around and proceed forward to find the Dancer Disguise.

Switch into and out of the Dancer Disguise, then go north along the Yellow Skywalk to put it on the map.

Run back to the Foreman's Office Rooftop, then down to the Ground Floor to acquire the Food Vendor Disguise.

Go up onto the Old Skywalk to put it on the map, then go south to the passage leading to the Tailor's Rooftop.

Go down to the 1st Floor and turn off the Fusebox to lure the Tailor up. Hide by the bed, knock him out when he turns it back on, dump him in the Container, and switch into and out of his Disguise.

Run out the door, go up into the Mumbai Hills to put it on the map, then go down the north stairs into Slum Square.

At the east side of Slum Square, serve at a Food Stand, poison the food, and serve the patrolling Enforcer when he comes near to make him sick.

Go down to the Food Stand south of the Shoe Shop, serve there, poison the food, and wait for the patrolling Guard to come by. Serve him to make him sick.

Go to the Food District and the Food Stand there. Serve and poison the food. Serve the patrolling Guard to make him sick. Poison the food again and wait.

Eventually, serve the Holy Man to make him sick; he should go to the restroom at the Metal Worker's District. Follow him there and ambush him, but leave him for now.

Go to the Chawls and into Apartment D to find and change into the Local Security Disguise.

Go through the front entrance of Rangan Tower and to the Tower Lobby.

At the south side of the Elevator Shaft, turn on the Vacuum Cleaner to lure the standing Crew to it. Hide behind something and knock him out when he turns it off.
