Investigate Seven Oaks Bar: The research points to the Seven Oaks Bar in Western Salvation Harbor (Calmshore St and Salvation Rd). Speak to the Bartender.

Dialogue with the Bartender: Choose the dialogue options: "I'm looking to leave the city." -> "I came for Toothless Bob's wake." -> "I worked for Throgmorton." (or "Maybe I can do you a favor?") -> "Farewell."

Accept the Bartender's Favor: The bartender offers a side mission to check on a late courier and retrieve a crate of illegal booze. The courier's last known location is Western Grimhaven Bay, Levi Coffin Ave, near Marsh Ave.

Locate the Courier's Destination: Travel to the specified address in Grimhaven Bay. Be aware that this area is close to an infested zone, but you can reach the destination by approaching from the northeast to avoid it.
