Hey there! So, you've stumbled upon the Former Patient's Shop in Salvation Harbor. It's a pretty creepy place, but there's some useful stuff to find if you know where to look. Let's break it down. ## Description This building looks like a former clothing store, with a sign that says "Men's finest clothing." Don't let the sign fool you; there's no actual clothing to be found here. It's got a main floor and a basement. ### Main floor When you first walk in, you'll see shelves stocked with supplies to your right, and a counter to your left. Be careful of the gramophone on the counter – it plays a creepy lullaby and standing too close will drain your sanity. There's a big lootable trunk to the far right of the entrance. The shelves have things like canned food, soap, and cigarettes. Keep an eye out, as various Stygians might show up. You'll notice a lot of bloody handprints leading to a hole in the floor near the counter. On the counter, you'll find syringes and a big bottle of aspirin. Behind the counter, there's a bloody mattress and a book called Shop owner's notes on the pillow. At the back of the room, near the stairs, is a small table with a lamp and a document titled Hospital response. ### Basement You can get to the basement either by the stairs at the back of the main floor or through that big hole in the ground. The basement is full of crates from the _Blackwood-Marsh fish canning factory_ and some wooden coffins along the side wall, one of which you can loot. Against the back wall, there's a pile of pallets, barrels, and the spot where the owner met his end. To the left of that, on a barrel, is a Suicide note. Watch out! If you go to the right side (from the stairs), you'll find an area with a bunch of limbs. Entering this area will trigger several Stygians to attack immediately. After you deal with them, you can loot a large trunk and a metal coffin.
