    • Your Belongings: Collect your briefcase from the table. This also grants the Letter from J. van der Berg.

    Find Robert Throgmorton: Proceed north along the pier to a sign. Turn right towards the bar and exit. Go up the stairs to start a conversation with Robert Throgmorton.

    Conversation with Robert Throgmorton: To advance, select "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert.", "Tell me more about the case.", and "I'll be going."

    Optional: Titania Lifeboat (Robert's Request): Return to the sign, go left down a path, and left towards the sea. Find the lifeboat beyond police barricades. This is optional but grants 140 XP and an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
    • Additional Evidence: Inspect the "TITANIA" nameplate, examine the Diving Helmet (rotate and search the front faceplate, be mindful of sanity drain), and collect "Albert Throgmorton's will" from a seat. Climb inside the lifeboat (Triangle) to access some evidence.
