On the Charon Ship: Collect your belongings (key evidence). This also grants the Letter from J. van der Berg. Pick up the Camera. Examine the Pistol by rotating it until an eyeball symbol appears on the handle and pressing X; this grants 6 .38 pistol rounds.

Optional Evidence on Ship: Use the Camera to take a photo of the trophy plate (fish on the wall). Examine the flyer on the desk.

Lootables: Search the locker to the right of the desk for random ammunition and crafting materials. Lootable objects reset upon leaving and returning to the area.
