    Go northeast on Oak St to the dock on the right and disembark. This is the infested flooded tenement mentioned in the "Mirrors, mirrors!" letter from Oakmont.

    Enter the lower tenement and break through the boards. Entering this boarded up area spawns two cloaking humanoid wylebeasts.

    In the skills menu, acquire the "Smart Packing" skill under the mind section. This costs 1 Knowledge Point.

    Enter the bedroom and interact with the letter on the vanity. This is M.G. [LORE, Letters From Oakmont] (7/11).

    Leave the tenement, board the boat, and return to the intersection of Oak St and Purity Rd.

    Go north to the dock on Purity Rd and disembark at the dock. Enter the infested area. This is NEW LOCATION: Infested Area (REED 2) (8/15).
