Alright, you've just left the hotel, and there's a phone booth right across the street. Go ahead and use it – it's a new fast travel point for Devil's Reef. Now that you're here, the whole of Oakmont is pretty much your oyster. You've got a bunch of side cases you can tackle right now, plus fifteen infested areas to clear out for some sweet experience points. There are also more locations to discover, so keep your eyes peeled!

For now, let's head east on Old Colony Street until you hit Hubert Avenue. You can cross using the makeshift bridge or hop in a boat to keep going north on Hubert. Once you reach the intersection of Asher Road and Hubert Avenue, look out for a small mural depicting a diver among some underwater plants. The door right next to it has a crooked 'H' sign – that's your entrance to the Expedition Headquarters.
