Alright, so you've stumbled upon a peculiar item – a fancy-looking bottle, almost like it's straight out of a lab. You'll find this in the EOD's fish storage, chilling by the stairs leading to the basement. It's got some kind of powder at the bottom, and trust me, it looks like the dangerous kind. When you get this bottle, you'll want to take it to the University. Head over to the Department of Medicine. There's a guy there, Samuel, who can help you figure out what's in it. He'll need you to clear out some wylebeasts from the lab first, but once that's done, he'll run some tests for you. He'll tell you it's from their lab, but he needs to analyze the contents.
