Complete walkthrough for The Sinking City 2's "Fleeing Phoenix" mission. Find all evidence, complete objectives, and uncover the truth.
Walkthrough
- 1Upon starting the mission, you will be on a ship. Collect your belongings from the table. This includes your Letter from J. van der Berg, your Camera, and your Pistol.
- 2To collect the pistol, pick it up, rotate it until an eyeball symbol appears on the handle, and press X to examine it. You will also receive 6 .38 pistol rounds.
- 3Use your camera to take a picture of the strange fish mounted on the wall for Additional Evidence.
- 4Examine the flyer on the desk to the left of your belongings for another piece of Additional Evidence.
- 5Exit the ship by climbing onto the dock using the Triangle button.
- 6Speak with Johannes van der Berg. To advance the game, select the dialogue options: "About my problem.", "Where is Robert Throgmorton?", "I need somewhere to stay.", "How do I get to Devil's Reef?", and finally "Goodbye.". Be aware that choosing these options will lock out other conversational branches.
- 7Proceed north along the pier until you reach a sign with directions to a bar and an exit. Turn right towards the exit.
- 8As you ascend the stairs, you will begin a conversation with Robert Throgmorton. To advance the game, select the dialogue options: "What happened to your son?", "Who are the Innsmouthers?", "What do you know about the visions?", "I can try to find Albert.", "Tell me more about the case.", and finally "I'll be going.". Again, other dialogue options will be unavailable after this sequence.
- 9Optional Investigation: Lifeboat Titania
- 10Return to the sign that pointed to the exit. Go left down a path, then left towards the sea.
- 11The lifeboat will be found beyond police barricades.
- 12Inspect the Lifeboat Name ("TITANIA").
- 13Examine the Diving Helmet, rotating it to find a search prompt on the front faceplate. Be mindful of your sanity draining while examining this item.
- 14Find Albert Throgmorton's will on one of the seats inside the lifeboat. You may need to climb inside using the Triangle button.
- 15Returning this will to Robert Throgmorton unlocks an additional conversation.
