Walkthrough
- 1Head southeast on Murdock Ave. On your right, you will find the infested ruin indicated by "Form Omega-Four" from the Defunct Brain Cylinders case.
- 2Enter the ruin. Use your Mind's Eye (a supernatural ability to see hidden things) on the back wall to progress. You may need to clear the area of enemies first.
- 3Go upstairs and use Mind's Eye again to dispel an illusionary wall in the back.
- 4Climb down some crates, go around a corner, and climb back up more crates.
- 5Interact with the cylinder on the table. This will collect A. Crowley [LORE, Brain Cylinders] and Form Omega-Five [CASEBOOK, Defunct Brain Cylinders], marking Key Evidence Collected. You will receive +184 XP [SKILLS].
- 6Leave the ruin and go back northwest.
- 7Turn right onto Forefathers St and cross the barricade into the infested area.
- 8Continue on Forefathers St until you reach its intersection with Windhalf Ave. You may need to clear some wylebeasts (monstrous creatures).
- 9Climb the altar located here and interact with the cylinder on its top.
- 10This will collect F. Morgan [LORE, Brain Cylinders] and Form Omega-Six [CASEBOOK, Defunct Brain Cylinders], marking Key Evidence Collected. You will receive +184 XP [SKILLS].
- 11The Defunct Brain Cylinders case will be marked as COMPLETE. You will also receive 1 Knowledge Point [SKILLS] (-2,000 XP) and +1,367 XP [SKILLS].
