    Head farther in and approach the person near the far end of the street who appears to be reaching out for assistance.

    This reveals the Phlegethonian.

    Warning: Shoot the red barrels when the Phlegethonian is near them to defeat it.

    After defeating the Phlegethonian, return to where it was.
