    Start by interacting with Mr. Throgmorton. You can choose from the following dialogue options: "Accept.", "How's he involved?", "Did he have enemies?", or "About those records...".

    After the conversation, you will receive the following:

    Proceed to Throgmorton Manor in Oldgrove.

    Head upstairs and turn left towards the front of the manor. Open the door. This will remove the "Key from Francis's study" Casebook entry.
