Locate the "Letter to Vilma, unsigned" in The Sinking City 2. This guide details its location and significance within the game's narrative.
Walkthrough
- 1Charon Ship: Collect key evidence: your belongings on the table, the "Letter from J. van der Berg" (obtained by taking the briefcase), and the "Camera". To collect the pistol, pick it up, rotate it until an "eyeball" symbol appears on the handle, and press X to examine it. You will also receive 6 .38 pistol rounds.
- 2Additional Evidence on Ship: Use your camera to photograph the mounted fish on the wall. Examine the flyer on the desk to the left of your belongings.
- 3Lootables: Search the locker to the right of the desk. Lootable contents are randomized and can be reset by leaving and returning to the area.
- 4Optional: Titania Lifeboat: Return to the sign pointing to the exit. Go left down a path, then left towards the sea. Inspect the Lifeboat Name "TITANIA". Examine the "Diving Helmet" by rotating it and looking at the front faceplate. Collect "Albert Throgmorton's will" from a seat inside the lifeboat.
Tips
- The Submachine Gun and .45 ACP rounds are a DLC bonus and should be used sparingly due to high ammo consumption.
- Consider putting a bonus Skill Point (if applicable) into "Absolute Clarity" for a 5% XP bonus.
- Lootable objects can be repeatedly searched for ammunition and crafting materials.
- Be cautious when examining the Diving Helmet in the lifeboat, as your sanity will drain.
Collecting all key evidence on the ship grants an additional 140 XP. Completing the optional Titania Lifeboat investigation grants an additional 140 XP and unlocks an additional conversation with Robert Throgmorton.
