Interact with the corpse to find R. Bekker (Evidence 1/3).

Interact with the cuff on the kitchen table and use Mind's Eye (a special vision mode) to find the Reason to investigate (Evidence 2/3).

Head upstairs and interact with the small card on the corner of the desk behind the stairway, which is covered in photography equipment. This is the R. Bekker membership card (Evidence 3/3).
