- 1Go Northwest on Willow Ln. until you reach Reed Heights.
- 2On the left side of the street, enter the restaurant with a crooked-H shaped sign under an awning. This is the Count Ugolino Restaurant.
- 3Three squat humanoid wylebeasts (enemies) will spawn. Eliminate them to gain +141 XP.
- 4Interact with the newspaper on the most recently used table to find 'Staff needed' (Evidence 1/7).
- 5Interact with the letter on the middle of the bar to find 'Formal invitation letter' (Evidence 2/7).
- 6Interact with the hammer on the counter behind the bar and examine its head to find 'Bloody hammer' (Evidence 3/7).
- 7Go upstairs and interact with the newspaper on the table in front of the fireplace to find 'Mysterious disappearance' (Evidence 4/7).
- 8Head back downstairs and behind the bar. Hop the railing carefully to avoid fall damage and enter the basement.
- 9Interact with the cutting implements on the table to find 'Atypical kitchen utensils' (Evidence 5/7).
- 10Interact with the tub to find 'Limb bath' (Evidence 6/7).
- 11In the next room, the chef will attack. Eliminate him to receive the 'Restaurant basement key' (Casebook).
- 12Approach the large dog bowls on the floor and use Mind's Eye (a supernatural ability) to concentrate on the vision of the past, revealing 'Feeding the creatures' (Key Evidence 1/2).
- 13Interact with the open book on the prep table to find 'Recipe for human meat' (Evidence 7/7).
- 14Interact with the journal on the desk against the opposite wall to find 'Anthropophagia' (Key Evidence 2/2). This marks Key Evidence Collected and All Evidence Collected. You will gain +184 XP and 1 Knowledge Point (-2,000 XP).
- 15Go upstairs through the now unlocked basement door and leave the restaurant.
